  1. Refund Request Process
    To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

    State the reason for the refund.
    Our customer support team will review your refund request and process the refund after verification.
  3. Refund Method
    Once the refund is approved, we will return the money via your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
  4. Service Cancellation
    If you choose to cancel your service, we recommend that you notify us prior to the next payment cycle. Upon cancellation, no new charges will be incurred to your account, but any service fees already paid will not be refunded, except within the refund eligibility timeframe.
  5. Exceptions
